AGN Home Business Launch New Suppport Ticket System, Discards Email Support


Argent Global Network, the dependable online investment business, that has consistently paid out to all its investors since it launched in November last year, has just today launched a new support ticket system.

AGN Replies My Query

Just some few minutes ago, in a response email to a query I had sent them, about an issue I encountered yesterday, they replied me and added the following below their response:

We are pleased to announce that we are phasing out email support and moving to a faster and more efficient ticket system for resolving your concerns!

Click on it at the top of the page in your back office to create a ticket.

To reach customer support, simply follow 2 easy steps!

STEP 1: Click "The Help Center" button at the top of the page, then click the blue "Create a New Ticket" button.

STEP 2: Pick a Category from the drop down menu, write in the Subject just like an email, then write out the description of the problem.

We will get back with you ASAP, and you will see the response right in your back office by clicking "The Help Center."
Right after receiving this email correspondence, I logged into my back office and noticed a new 'SUPPORT' link on the left hand navigation bar, located just under the 'REFERRALS' link.

The Implication

What this means is that you will no longer be supported by AGN if you write them emails at their now popular support email address, support@argentglobalnetwork.com.

Every AGN investor who has a problem, or any other issue, is now expected to log into their Back office, and click on either the 'HELP CENTER' located at the top of the Back office, or click the 'SUPPORT' link located at the left side navigation bar (see red arrows in the image below).

Both of these links will take you to the new AGN support section where you are expected to create a new ticket regarding any problem you may be having.

Creating A Support Ticket To AGN

To create a new ticket:
  1. Log in to your AGN Back office
  2. Click on 'Help Center' at the top of the page; Or on 'Support' at the left side navigation (as depicted in the image above). Either of them takes you to the support page.
  3. On the 'Welcome to AGN Support' page that comes up (see image below), click on 'New Ticket' and select your preferred language from the drop-down menu (red arrows), then click on the blue-colored 'Continue' button

  4. On the next page that comes up, click on 'Create A New Ticket', this brings up a pop-up. On the pop-up, choose a category from among the options in the drop-down menu, fill in the 'Subject' field and thereafter, give a detailed description of what the problem or issue is in the area provided.
  5. When you are done, click on 'Save Changes'. And you are done.

    I see that the cycle does not reset today. Does anybody have the same issue?

    1. Hello Richard, i think it was a temporary system issue that has now been resolved by AGN. I also experienced it. Log in now and check that yours has also been resolved. Cheers!

  2. dear Ikenna I verified my i payout some time back but when I wanted to fund my i pay out I was asked to send my ID again what is the problem.

    1. Hello Anonymous, I would not know what the issue is for sure, but I would guess that IPayout did not approve your first ID. If what I'm guessing is right, then you will need to resend a fresh one. Be sure to resend a proper ID that would be verifiable by them. If you are in doubt at any time, you can always write their support. Cheers!

  3. Hello Ikenna,
    how about those having problem to login on their account? they can't make support ticket if they are not login. I tried the support link at the AGN home page, it is still using the email support system.

    1. Hello Eduardo, what error message do you get when you try to log into your AGN back office?

    2. My downline told me that he can't login since he joined AGN, error message "Account is not yet active" .

    3. If that is the error message he gets, then it is a simple matter. Tell him to log into the email address he registered with in AGN, and look for the email message that AGN sent him when he registered initially. If h does not see this message in his Inbox folder, tell him to look for it in his Spam folder. When he finds the message, he must open it and click on the ACTIVATION LINK in that message. It is only after clicking that link that he can log into his AGN back office successfully. Cheers!

  5. hello ikenna am having problem funding my ipayout account so i can activate my free membership package the 10$ they requested can you give me any possible ways i could do this

    1. Hello Kenny, to fund your ipayout, first of all, you will need to log into your AGN back office to generate an invoice. It is only when you have done this that you can fund your IPayout. NOTE: You generate the invoice in AGN back office BUT the invoice itself will show up in your Ipayout account.
